Today is the State Council Meeting and he was held in Abuja and attendance were the Nigerian Past leaders including president-elect Gen. Buhari, Gen Yakubu Gowon, Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Gen Ibrahim Babangida, Gen Abdulsalami Abubakar, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and Chief Ernest Shonekan they were all in attendance,this State Council meeting which is President Jonathan's last as a president.
